vancouver finally looked good in a game that i watch. what a great finish to the SJ/BOS game. 1-0 Bruins and the Sharks tie it with 30 seconds to go. Then about 20 seconds later the Bruins take the lead and hang on. the sharks hit the post 5 times.

i bought it and it's decent. it crapped the bed for everyone who subscribed yesterday, but that was the only problem i've had with it. yesterday, they had some transmission problem or something and all of the streams were extremely choppy. if you want to see the quality, watch a game that's streamed on yahoo. that's roughly the same quality. local games and nationally broadcasted games are blacked out, i think.

The Senators are a great, great team. Gerber is on fire right now. that was the best game i've seen them play yet. they really clamped down defensively in the third and gave up a bad luck goal late.

the economy sucks in detroit, no one can afford to go to games. or at least that's what one of my friends tells me.

well the kings defense is horrible. at least kopitar and o'sullivan were finally rewarded with goals for being the best two forwards on the kings so far.

that was justified, i wouldn't have complained if it was even longer. However, the downie suspension was too long. However, I have to ask why the penalties to Chris Simon and Jesse Boulerice are of equal length. Wasn't Simon's infraction much more serious? no, they were pretty much the same play. and downie's suspension was in large part because of his history. it probably had something to do with the game being an exhibition game. i think that was justified. i agree though that if it was...i dunno...jeff carter delivering the hit or something like that, then 20 games would be too much.

Jesse Boulerice was suspended 25 games. definitely justified. the flyers have racked up 45 games in suspensions this year already. wtg.

yes you can, because he's been better and will be better next year and is generally just a lot better than theriot. granted, dero doesn't rack up those clutch steals.

Derosa is also better defensively, to add on to the large edge he has offensively. this isn't even remotely a question. theriot is not close to derosa.

Its been along time since I have been that disgusted watching a hockey game, just a terrible effort. The Flyers actually scored shorthanded while down 2 men. if it makes you feel any better, between the third period on Saturday vs. the Blues, and the first two periods tonight against Dallas, I was disgusted with the Kings. Probably not though, since the Canucks aren't rebuilding. on a side-note, the Senators are really good. I've watched 4 games of theirs this year, and they're controlling the flow. The funny thing is that I don't think they're playing up to their potential yet. Vermette/Kelly/Neil might be the best checking line in the league. that's the second time i've watched vancouver this year and it's the second time i've seen them crap the bed. i watched the game against San Jose too, but even that was a better effort than tonight.

rich hill learned to throw strikes and was lights out for a year and a half in the minors. jack cust has a .947 career ops. apples and oranges. no they're not. rich hill is a guy with a great (recent) minor league track record that struggled at the major league level initially. jack cust is a guy with a great minor league track record that never really got a legit shot in the majors. carlos pena is a guy with a great minor league track record and actually a decent major league track record that never really received a real shot. for the most part young players with strong minor-league track records eventually develop into good major-league players.

ONE HUNDRED PEOPLE CHARGED THE FIELD!?? lucky the bleachers didn't crash to the ground. did any of the players suffer broken bones from that mass of humanity greeting them kindly?

especially in college. everyone WENT ON THE FIELD AND CONGRATULATED THE TEAM? i have never seen such massive handshaking in my life. i don't believe this, i'll have to see it.

First off, my team(winning team)=Bennett or Tigers Losing team=Pinnacle The game started off when Bennett went down 14-0 Before the end of the second half Bennett was down 14-7 Kenny Weikel(QB) had many a chances to tie it up right there but kept overthrowing the damn ball. Later on it is 21-17 Bennett, Bennett fumbles, Pinnacle scores 21-24 Pinnacle Bennett scores on amazing kickoff return by Steven Ronan. Fourth quarter, my voice is all but lost yet I was still screaming, pinnacle has the ball and keeps getting closer and closer, every time they are stopped on 4th down Tigers commit penalty on 1st and 10 Pinnacle at the 17 yard line it is a 3 and out with less than one minute left Bennett gets the ball on turnover on downs with 16 ticks left Needless to say they took a knee wand then everyone went on the field and congratulated the team Team huddles up in front of crowd and sings Bennett fight song Well worth the paltry 3$ entry fee. Hell I woulda paid 5 maybe 6 dollars. i would've paid 7 dollars. i'm not even kidding. maybe 8, but that might be stretching it.
