i don't think so. everyone else trading for either one knows it too. they were both held out of their game last night, so them being on the block is not news to anyone. this is true, but if not being traded is an option, that creates more of a market. I think Pronger isnt really off the market. I think anaheim is just increasing his value. They are willing to keep him since he has one more year on his contract, but my guess is that they would trade him in a heartbeat if the right deal presented itself. A lot of talk about the Wings getting Moore, I dont get it myself. I think the Wings have several in house options just as good. i don't buy it. ken holland doesn't usually buy into the hype machine over a completely mediocre player. he'll maybe make a more low key guy (like Stuart last year), he wouldn't go after someone like Moore, where Toronto has been trying to hype him and he's overvalued right now.
