    The only difference between Reyes and Cedeno is that the Mets are banking on him while the Cubs don't seem to be banking on Cedeno. I think the Cubs would jump on that offer before the Mets jump on trading Reyes.

    I dunno, I think most of the feelings of resentment even among casual fans has passed over Bartman at this point. It's almost all on Dusty and AGone from anyone intelligent at this point.

    It looks like a Cubs/Pirates deal. :lol: wtf are they thinking. Wilkerson is on par with Soriano at worst, and they're switching from hitters park to pitchers park. This trade is so awful, it's unreal. Unless they're planning to flip him for someone else, this just doesn't make sense.

    resigning neifi and glendon were awful moves. Eyre was a mediocre move and Howry was above average. I really don't mind what we gave up for Pierre. Before today I'd give Hendry a D+, with the news of Pierre + Macias today it goes to a C+.

    No Sanders, no Walker, no Grudz. Missed out on Burnett and Giles.

    I don't mind the move, especially for what we gave up (as in Mitre instead of Hill) and he could potentially be a 370 OBP guy that scores 100 runs. I'd just rather have someone else. I understand the motives, and while I don't agree with them, I'm glad we didn't overpay and that we actually did something that fills a "need."
