  1. Generic White Cardinals' Minor League Outfielder X now enters the game, with GWCMLO Y due up 3rd.
  2. Haha, you know there'll be an article on that. Those STL fans, they're so smart. Oh wait they booed Isringhausen off the field on Friday but no one will mention that.
  3. The freaking hell of it is we never do that on the Kendalls of the world, but for some reason everyone wants to prove they can run on Yadier. It's driving me freaking insane how damn stupid we are and it's going to cost us the division.
  4. Theriot is putting together a good game. Now would be a nice time for DLee to bust out in a big way.
  5. There is no reason Gallagher and/or Marshall should not be in the rotation with crap like this taking up space.
  6. Marquis is just daring Pujols to crush him in one of these spots. That's the only explanation. We'll have no bullpen by July.
  7. Splendid AB by Soriano. I really wish he'd just leave.
  8. Jon talking about Fontenot not testing Schumaker's arm when the ball's 50 feet out of the infield. They wouldn't test my arm from that distance, let alone Schumaker's.
  9. I think he's still in the minors with them. There's no B-R record of him leaving the organization.
  10. You have to allow for the birds-on-the-bat effect though. On any other team his ERA is probably above 5.
  11. Frankly, he reminds me of Tadahito Iguchi. I was thinking Tsuyoshi Shinjo Kenji Johjima. Come on, that's obvious.
  12. "Wellemeyer was put on WAIVERS by KC, and STL was desperate, so they picked him up, and he did well!" Jon Miller is still surprised by this stuff I guess.
  13. I hate trying to break into this business and knowing I could be better than either of these idiots are in their roles given the time to do some research.
  14. Joe is needlessly trashing Japanese baseball leagues now, and I'm not really sure why. "Pujols's numbers would be astronomical if he played in Japan"
  15. How many times have they mentioned 1908? None yet. They did mention 1945 as being the last year we led the NL in OBP.
  16. Joe blatantly stole that point from Sports Illustrated
