Dusty is a good manager. If you give him the right pieces, look what he'll do. He took us 5 outs from the World Series in 2003, he took us down to the last weekend last year, and if he had had Mercker, The Farns, and Clement, we would've had a solid rotation, and some more stable arms in the pen.

I just realized: The White Sox can still get Walker and DL someone so he can be on the post-season roster. The Cubs did it last year. They DL'd Ramon Martinez, so Niefi Perez could be on the post-season roster

Oswalt plunking Barrett and the fact they're as good a rival as the Cards. When Tribune did a comparision b/t the Cubs and Red Sox showing the parelles b/t the 2, public enemy # 1 was Roy Oswalt, not LaRussa or Morris, or any other Cardinal.

I was pissed by that trade as well. Carlos Lee is a Cubs Killer and he showed us this year he's the ultimate killer, as he took out Todd Walker.

Papi and Manny get so many RBI's b/c unlike our 1-2 hitters, their 1-2 hitters get on base.
