Pragmatism from a guy named "bring stone back." I love it I'm not saying he'd fix Lee's arm. That's not even a concern. We're talking down the road here. If you read the thread, you'd know we were talking about the accountability of solo or majority owners over corporations or "Insert City Sports & Entertainment" consortia. When the Yankees win, Steinbrenner wins. When the Yankees lose, Steinbrenner loses. These owners usually tend to care more about winning (get outta here Bill Wirtz). Cuban wants to win, that's obvious. He's also tried to implement statistical analysis into running the Mavericks, something fairly new for the NBA, so he's obviously on the cutting edge of sports research: no more "he's a great athlete, he's fast" crap. He knows how to hire good coaches, like Avery Johnson. Cuban would be a good fit for any team. Look what he's already done for the Mavs, previously an NBA laughingstock.
