    What does he do that's annoying? I'm honestly curious. I'm not from Chicago. It seems like if one wanted to avoid him it'd be pretty simple when the crowds are normally in excess of ~40k a game.

    Why does the article say that Ronnie Woo-Woo generates so much hatred from certain people? What's the story behind that? Because he gets free tickets to every game?

    I guess I have a different perspective than you guys saying this UM/ND game will be horrible. I think it has a chance to be absolutely transcendent comedy. I can't wait for reaction shots of Dick Rod and Front Butt on the sidelines. The first half of the SDSU/ND game was wildly entertaining so I should enjoy this one.

    We had some absolutely hallacious hitting against Indy. Our (healthy) defense flies to the ball--now we just need to wrap up better!

    you're putting mark carrier in a league with those guys? okay. Well he was a good player who had a reputation for being a vicious hitter. How about Steve Atwater?

    Yes, Bob Sanders "would be nothing" without helmet leading tackles. Same with Ronnie Lott, Mark Carrier, and Jack Tatum--only good because they could hit hard.

    Peyton Manning is way too good, unfortunately.

    Forte has show more vision and quickness hitting the hole in one quarter than Benson did in his entire career.

    Anyone know anything about this guy? I'd trust Gruden on offensive linemen. Hopefully he can help--god knows we need it.

    not even close. Obviously Hawkins blowing it against the Mets in 04 is worse. I'm sure there are a handful of others. But the immediacy of this one is really, really annoying me.

    I've been annoyed because the bats have been quiet over the last few days. This is a nice thread to remind me that the team has built up a good amount of goodwill over the entire year. They'll get it goether. (Just start winning!)
