Most years they wouldn't, but there's a dearth of viable candidates this year. The Big Ten candidates' resumes aren't any better than Florida's and both of them have 2 losses. I think a team that was #1 the entire regular season and lost to the #2 team in the final game would get an at large bid almost every season.
