I didn't bring up Rose's intelligence, somebody else said he was too smart to crash a motorcycle and end his career. I'm well aware that it has nothing to do with on-court performance, one of the reasons Garnett went pro out of high school was because he couldn't qualify. Kevin Garnett shouldn't have spent a second in college even if he had a 4.0 and a 1600 on his SATs. It's easy to say that in retrospect, but who was the last guy to go to the NBA from high school before Garnett? Moses Malone? Well yes, I think retrospectively, it's very easy to conclude that the majority of players who jumped from high school to the NBA made the right decision. The track record is quite good. Even the guys who were disappointments (Chandler, Curry types) have made crap loads of money. There are not 3 human beings who have made more money playing basketball than Kevin Garnett.
