ND will be fine once Crist dials it down 2 notches and stops trying to throw every ball through a brick wall. He's leaving too many plays on the field at this point.

Well it's not like Michigan was so far ahead of ND the last couple years that you can't feel good about them squeaking out an exciting win in their building. They're both on the upswing it looks like. Plus you just got a legendary performance from your QB. You guys are weird.

They tied a MAC team that went 1-11 last year in total yards last week (turned the ball over 3 times and forced 4) and haven't looked any better so far today. Florida so far looks like a team that might not finish in the top 25. Yeah, they were awful last week and only a little better this week. I don't know if it's a "post-Tebow hangover" but Florida hasn't looked good at all this season. It wasn't like they just lost Tebow - they also lost Joe Haden, Maurkice Pouncey, Jermaine Cunningham, Carlos Dunlap, Brandon Spikes, Major Wright and Aaron Hernandez. I'm sure they'll be fine. Addazio on the other hand might not make it through the season.

Also, in the situations we're talking about the offense is always going to go for it on 4th down unless they score or kick a field goal. In a vacuum those drives are going to be more successful than "regular" drives because there's no marginal downside to turning it over on downs (you're gonna lose anyway) and you have more opportunities to convert.
