You guys don't actually believe that TS% is some universal law hokum do you? If Rose doesn't shoot a lot this team has no chance at all to win. The idea that this team could be competitive without Rose taking a lot of shots while Noah and Boozer are out is utterly laughable.

The Bears are nondescript nationally. You know how certain teams in the NFL have their own dedicated reporter from ESPN (i.e. Werder and Sal for Dallas and Philly)? The Bears would never ever have that. I've always said the Bears national imprint is not commensurate with having the largest unshared market in the country.

Mandel's explanation: "Scholarships are based on the academic calendar, not the football calendar. Because USC only signed 18 players last year, 14 of whom enrolled last fall, it can count its nine early enrollees in the current class toward the 2010-11 school year. Should the original ruling stand, the 15-player limit goes into effect in 2011-12 and will include all players that enroll this fall (which may include some recruited walk-ons). It still can't go over the NCAA-imposed 75-scholarship limit for its overall roster."

Forte and Olsen are gonna have to be huge again. I just don't see Knox and Hester getting open all that much against those DBs. At least we'll have Bennett this time. -
His numbers are up across the board. Points, assists, rebounds, steals, and blocks are all up fairly significantly. Plus he's turned into a good defender at the PG spot. Of course it's all part of his natural development as a player but the difference between VDN and Thibs is huge too.
