    Whatever the case, and whoever is to blame, Hill needs to step it the hell up. Yes, he's in AAA. Yes I'm sure that hurt his confidence, but he needs to start throwing strikes and get his act together because this team needs him. If he can't then we're going to be forced to trade for someone like CC and I'm sure we'll overpay.

    Wuertz time. I'm always in favor of letting the pitcher hit when you're going to pull him anyway. I think we're a little short on the bench with Fukudome unavailable and 13 pitchers. Miles claims Fukudome is available, didn't he? Why isn't he in the game?
