    Honestly, the Ramirez thing made me much more upset (but I'm biased since he's my favorite player). Wood will still be a Cub "lifer" no matter who he plays for this year.

Is it the passed out one or the blacked out one? Either is okay as long as she's cheap and entering her prime (unless she's fat). Anything else is too risky.

Is it the passed out one or the blacked out one? A girl who is passed out is unconscious. A girl who is blacked out is drunk, (like you), but doesn't remember what happened. There is no way to know with certainty whether someone is blacked out. Why is this so difficult?

    he's a kid, though. he goes out and gets drunk, some drunk comes home with him and blacks out after who knows what happened. is the lesson here not to go out and drink and pick up chicks? that seems a bit limiting since that's one of the huge perks of being a pro athlete. That's one of the huge perks of being alive. Well, there's a difference between getting drunk and drinking until you black out. The former is fun, while the latter can lead to all sorts of...unfortunate things. More often than not, if you black out the most unfortunate thing that happens is your buddies drawing on your face and/or taking embarrassing pictures. When people are simply drunk, especially when they're more drunk than they realize that's when these unfortunate things are likely to occur. I'd be willing to bet that most people who have been in a drunk driving accident, given a DUI were not too drunk to make it home safely in their mind. When a night out ends in a fight leaving someone dead or hospitalized, I'd be willing to bet that they weren't blacked out and were simply drunk. It takes a particularly sick individual to take advantage of a woman when she's blacked out. How are we defining blacking out? In college it meant "not remembering what happened despite being awake/conscious"

    If he was my brother-in-law or something I'd always look at him sideways, but as a baseball player I'll never meet, if it does fall into that category I don't think I'll have much problem hoping he does well on the baseball field. I wasn't saying I wouldn't hope for him to perform well, just that you wouldn't find me wearing a Castro jersey or ordering a Castro Fathead, etc. That's what he said she asked for. Hahaha I didn't want to touch that one! ETA: Just "That's What She Said"-ed myself.
