he's #10 now, and he was #12 on the preseason list, but Seager, Buxton, Mazara all exhausted eligibility so effectively among the same group of players, he actually placed down a spot which is remarkable considering he has seemingly made as big a tangible skills improvement as anybody in all of the minors but Torres' high placement, Giolito over Urias, Devers over Moncada are all relative stunners also

the Leake deal seems like a reasonable precedent, and Mella's decent but he's never been a top-100 prospect, so i'd think that would be do-able unless of course Hill pitches at this high of a level for 2 more months, then you're looking more for a Cueto-type package i'd think

was curious about ZiPS updates and changes in true talent-level, so i checked out the full-season (162G) WAR paces on pre-season projections compared to rest-of-season projections stock: up! Fowler: 2.4 to 3.9, 2nd biggest increase in MLB (behind T. Shaw) Zobrist: 3.6 to 4.7, 6th-biggest increase Russell: 2.9 to 3.3 Ross: 0.3 to 2.1 lol stock: down :( Heyward: 4.7 to 3.6, one of the biggest overall drops Soler: 1.5 to 0.8 Baez: 2.4 to 1.9 everybody else mostly even
