    Lots of gems over at BF.net today, but this one takes the cake for me. other than Mookie Betts, Jackie Bradley, Xander Bogaerts, Dustin Pedroia, Travis Shaw, Andrew Miller, Manny Margot, Christian Vazquez, Matt Barnes, Jose Iglesias it's hard to think of any impactful players he left Boston with at the end there who are currently making any type of impact or more succinctly, their best player was drafted and developed by Theo, lol

    Why the horsefeathers do I keep seeing this as a story? I saw the video where Gammons said it and I know he didn't really say it like it was a joke, but its freaking obvious that the Cubs were really not going to have Trump "fire" Miggy. Even the most tone deaf front offices would know that this wasn't a good idea, much less a sharp and tactful one like the Cubs think he's just annoyed by the clickbait headline that says something like "The Cubs considered having Trump tell Montero, 'You're fired!'" instead of just saying they joked about it or whatever but yeah you'd have to be an idiot to think they really considered that but there are lots of idiots, which is why clickbait works i love the clickbait ads that are like "You'll never believe what happened in !" brett like, only communicates in buzzfeed/clickbait language "David Ross to Appear on DWTS and MY HEART IS DOING A HAPPY DANCE" OMG You Guys This is Not a Test This is Real Squee!!

    this is a fun dream but the FO just decreed terrible defense in large part outweighs even a 112 wRC+ for a C

    i believe it; we've been angrier than usual at the umps so much of this is pitcher-influenced it seems too, catching guys with poor command like Jake, Butler, and maybe Monty (also, losing Hendricks) puts you behind the 8-ball for setting a good frame
