do you mean the guy who knocked it out of the park last couple offseasons doing just that, "sign(ing) 2-3 winning players"
-
He’s literally driven in more runs than anyone in the National League. this is a pretty weak take; he's seen 4th-most baserunners in the league and has 84 wRC+ split to show for it
-
he came up young, but he slashed .239/.298/.346 in first 180 G to start his career; .313/.377/.590 in the last 2 years can we hire away their hitting coach
-
yeah it's Ugly Jose, i knew he was *good* but seeing his production for like the last year + completely knocked my socks off at AA, he hit 3 HR in 113 G Lindor hit 7 in 109 G they've each hit 36 in the last year
-

sometimes with guys scouted favorably that's enough to portend semi-stardom: Lindor, DiDi, Albies... -
i certainly never expected 20% Ks, that's for sure, so kudos to him/Chili/whoever got into his head about shortening his swing, developing an approach
-
Ozzie's making a run at it too
-
still in awe at his game-tying double last game, where he hit a ground ball to the wall and no OF were remotely close to cutting it off video
-
lol Cervelli did some vintage Tiger Woods fist-pumping in the 5th inning of an eventual 8-run loss, i'm not very interested in hearing what Hurdle's opinions are on what the proper sense of proportion for celebrations/reactions are
