Good lord, of course I would rather have a RH .400 wOBA than a LH .360. If the numbers are the same, we could use the LH, that's all I'm saying. Throw in the fact that the LH in this case produces more and costs no prospects and it seems to be a no-brainer, even if he is older. His skill set isn't as likely to decline as some. I can't believe I'm having to argue this side after all the debate a few years ago. I am very aware that handedness is of very little importance and it should never outweigh production. That doesn't mean it is completely irrelevant.
