    No way, Durant's the ish. The public shift in perception has already begun to turn on Durant and OKC in general. Hell, everybody is already basically tired of Westbrook's whole act. Durant's free throws were down this year after everyone began to catch wind of his shameful acting antics on the offensive end and they'll be turned off if he continues that ridiculous God stuff in every post game interview. Westbrook I'm with you. I know he played really well, but that'll last until the next time he goes Starbury and shoots them out of a win. I normally hate the "Praise Jeebus" stuff too, but Durant actually seems to be genuine about it. he seems to be a rare kind of great player, which is good for casual fans to catch onto. OKC as a market has the perfect player in him, which is good for the league. Perception is funny, though; for all I know he's doing blow off hookers in his spare time.

    A lot of the "new" generation of Tricolores aren't like that. The guys like Torrado, Marquez and such are past it. Vela, Dos Santos, Guardado and Ochoa along with Cheech don't strike me as being ridiculous on the pitch like the past players.

    Dude, Cheech running amok against our defense with Vela and Dos Santos flanking him next month gives me nightmares. Don't hate on him-he's basically Fernando Torres.

    Soccergasm at the HDC: -Henry in the 4th minute, and has proceeded to goon it up since. He should have a yellow for persistent infringement at least, but he's been protected by the ref. -Rafa Marquez decided not to mark LD on a corner, who promptly buries it. Marquez has been terrible. -LD had a breakaway and got lazy with a finish that Tim Ream cleared at/just over the line.

    Someone on BS made the point that due to MLS roster "depth", RSL losing Javi is like Barca losing Xavi, Messi and Iniesta all in the same game. Mondaini needs to get a suspension longer than the Mullan one. This tackle was far, far more cynical. Unless MLS just wants to become the SPL.

    They were there until about the 25th minute, when they allowed Monterrey to gain a footing in their end. Grabavoy is nice depth, but he's no Beckerman

    Yeah, I'd love to see an endline view. With a CONCACAF video crew? They'll burn the tape. RSL had a great run, but another wasted opportunity for soccer in the US.
