  1. That's a [expletive] no call there. Utter [expletive].
  2. That's a little screwed now
  3. Win or lose, I hope the crowd gives them a standing o at the end of the game.
  4. [expletive] hell, win the game guys
  5. Every [expletive] time we have a chance to tie, we crap out a shot like that
  6. He looks pale as [expletive] out there. It's amazing he's even able to run at this point.
  7. Apparently his mental hurdle was lower.
  8. Well, win or lose this game, this particular Bulls team leaves it all out there. As offensively inept as they are, they have a punchers chance at this game somehow. They deserved better from their franchise, max contract player.
  9. [expletive] come on.
  10. Yeah, for all that Russian Mafia/Oil money, they really aren't very good.
  11. Absolutely. Absolutely. [expletive], if Deng didn't have Ebola they'd be winning this game, seeing as how the Nets are basically begging the Bulls to beat them today. Holy crap, Kris Humphries hasn't been undressed like that since he was a Kardashian sister.
  12. This team is playing so, so hard. Fricking annoying-ass Nate Robinson, who was on the bench barfing, diving on the floor to draw a jump ball. And of course the Bulls get eleventy billion stops but can't score, and now it's an 8 point game. Because they have no consistent offensive player. In conclusion, F Derrick Rose.
  13. Considering we almost assuredly have nowhere for him to play, yes. :-) Maybe Ricketts can use some of that sweet scoreboard revenue to bribe MLB into adopting the DH in the NL, then. Maybe it's just a gut feeling, but he's just got that leader vibe, and I think his bat is really legit.
  14. In a way it really sucks how this will be forgotten by next March; if he's opting out because of what his asshat brother said about the roster not being good enough, he should be mercilessly booed. Unfortunately, this is the NBA and you can't risk pissing off and alienating franchise players; the Bulls hands are really tied by this dickery. But nobody should be bigger than the club.
  15. If this were LeBron, the hate and mocking would be deafening. I can't even begin to imagine; it would make The Decision look like a fart in the wind. If this were Jay Cutler, this city would have run him out on a rail. [expletive], the city and national media practically did, despite the fact that he was actually injured. This city disowned Sammy Sosa for leaving a game he wasn't even playing in early. Dave Kaplan spent 2005-2010 crucifying Aramis Ramirez for occasionally staring at home runs and not busting balls down the 1B line every once in a while. He's been ripping Starlin and has already had the foresight to lay the groundwork for ripping Jorge Soler in the future. I cannot process how Rose quitting on the season is being tolerated.
  16. THE RETURN Seriously, F him.
  17. Muscle memory? Really? Just how do you think that will come back without actually playing, Derrick?
  18. Is it wrong that, of all the current prospects that are in the system, the one I want to pan out and end up as an impact player at the ML level the most is Vogelbach?
  19. The Bulls, Rose and his idiot PR team led by his jackass brother should have avoided the Kabuki theater and just said flat out he's shut down for the year. I cannot even fathom how someone that fashions themselves as a great player, leader and competitor wouldn't be on the court when 50% of the team is either playing hurt or playing with the flu. What I'm saying is that SSR is right to mock Rose.
  20. At least it's not their nee hurding. That would keep them out years.
  21. Hahahahaha. I WANT MORE GOALS BAYERN. I hope Barca lose 10-0 on aggregate.
  22. That pass off the glass was the balls
  23. Aaaaaand that's why it's stupid to take stuff to the media. TT: ignoring a question isn't the same as the in-house discipline that could occur. There's nothing saying that a manager can't rip a guy in front of the team for something and then keep a united front to the idiot Kaplan brigade.
  24. 100% agree with the above. Managers making points to players via the media, or airing discipline that should be in house to the media, local or otherwise, is unnecessary and nothing good ever comes of it.
