    We are in last place. Shhhh :-& Ahhh...He meant Pitt. Oh. Haha :oops: When someone says "We're" I assume he means the Cubs. Didn't know we had Pitt fans on this site. There are Pitt fans, Card fans, we've had Astro fans, Boston fans (though that guy hasn't posted in a while), and I think we have a certain section Adam Dunn fans that may qualify as dual Cub/Reds fans....heh. I think the Red Sox fan was a woman. I don't know what happened to the other Astros fans(I think there were like 3 or 4), but I'd be shocked to see Jimy is a misspell around here ever again. unless the astros make a late run at a post season birth. Wasn't he banned after the "eat me, I told you Clemens is coming back" thread? Shoulda been.

    When do we next face a left-handed starter? Until Floyd gets hurt I expect Murt's back will serendipitously unstiffen whenever the Cubs are due to face a LHP, then just as quickly restiffen when a RHP is next. Isnt there a medical condition that exists from lack of muscle use? Hey, maybe that's what I have.

    Don't look at me. If I had any baseball intelligence, I'd be posting about the Pens here. I root for a team that hans had a winning record in 14 seasons. you're on a message board of a team that hasn't won a championship in 100 years. Now that is stupid. 98 1/2 I think it's OK to round up in this case.

    This has nothing to do with whether he should play SS specifically. The Cubs strongest lineup has Theriot at SS and Pie in CF and Floyd in RF defensively the Cubs strongest defensive lineup has Cedeno at SS, and Pagan in RF with Pie still in CF (and Blanco behind the plate) This tells me that the Cubs need to get rid of Izturis, Jones and find a PH-C so they can insert Blanco in later innings. W-w-w-w-w-what???
