    Most outfielders would have caught the ball to RF which would have made the out to Pierre the 3rd in the inning. But a run would have score on the first flyout either way That's the not so bad considering the bases were loaded when he came into the game. Williamson is to blame.

    At this point, I think I'd prefer to see Jerome Williams. TG, a K by Williamson. Williamson has a 2.08 ERA...why are you down on him? (present situation not withstanding) Because he can get wild. And Jerome Williams isn't wild? Um, I didn't say anything about Jerome Williams. Kat has asserted that she might prefer Williams on the team....Banedon question why....you responded for Kat... Yes, about his wildness but I was supporting anything else in the post stream.

    Harang and Arroyo have stepped up thus far and Weathers is pitching well at the end. plus the nationals and their huge ballpark are terrible One of those pitching performances was against Carpenter in STL.
