How about this, which is a majority of those voting but includes a minimum number of teams that have to vote? Presumably, the two teams that traded will vote in favor, so this means at least 3 people have to be against it. In effect, whenever there is a trade, a team can come here and start a poll in this thread to veto it. Does that work? This doesn't hold up trades that go through, but only retroactively cancels unfair trades. I didn't include a change in scoring by the commissioner b/c that would be a pain in the ass, but we could add that I guess. Voting on Trades: All trades are subject to a 72-hour voting period during which all teams may vote once to either allow or veto the trade. A trade is vetoed if (1) 50% or more of the teams that cast a vote are in favor of a veto, and (2) at least 5 teams vote on the trade. The effectiveness of the trade will not be delayed during the voting period. But if vetoed, the trade will be reversed.
