I'm watching him right now. They all look the same to me. It never ceases to amaze me how little some peopl actually see when watching a game. Nor does it amaze me how much people see beyond what is actually happening. It you dont think hitters shorten their swings, push the ball, swing for contact, etc... you have no idea what youre talking about Cal Ripken had many different batting stances. Sometimes in the same at-bat.

I'm thinking Cardinals reject Randy Keisler at AAA might be better at this point. At least he'd find the strike zone occasionally. I'd settle for Andy Pratt every 5th day instead of Marquis. Now you've gone too far.

Marquis has great stuff, so he can afford to put 1.64 batters on base per inning.

NL leading No big deal. Among players with 50 or more at-bats, there are more than 50 players in MLB who ground into double plays at a higher rate. Lee has grounded into a lot of double plays because he's come up to bat with a runner on first so often.
