  5. I don't know how to interpret gambling lines for baseball, what does that mean? Basically -116 means you have to bet $116 to win $100.
  6. I can't believe the line for this game was only -116 for the Cubs. I would have bet a grand. Edit: The line ended up at -108. Wtf
  7. I think Barrett is on track to beat his personal record of 18 GIDP's he had in '99 which was 5th in the league. EDIT: Sosa had 17 that year lol
  8. and i hate it when it says "in play, out(s)"
  9. I love it when gameday says "in play, run(s)"
  10. Hopefully Murton can have some of that "chip on his shoulder" grit and come back raking.
  11. It's on the other Turner sports channel, Sports South. I live in the south and I don't get Sports South...wtf :x
  12. Um....... Anybody know why this is not on TBS???
  13. I bet you we were going to draft Wieters until A-Ram got hurt yesterday. Hendry was probably like "oh [expletive] we needs a 3rd baseman now!"
  14. jones, eyre and izturis for granderson I don't really think those players would help Detroit out much. Eyre maybe they could use. Jones would just replace Granderson at CF. I guess they could move Craig Monroe to CF and put Jones in LF. Maggs in CF? But do they really want Izturis in that Utility IF position? I mean they do have Neifi
  15. IF YOU NEED AN OF FOR YOUR FANTASY TEAM PICK PIE UP NOW! I have goosebumps.
  16. Vegas Trends of the day: Cubs are 13-3 in Zambrano's last 16 starts as an underdog. Brewers are 5-16 in their last 21 games with Umpire Randy Marsh behind home plate.

  18. Kevin Youkilis...he defines what "Moneyball" stands for. The ultimate plate discipline.
