Who we still have left to sign: 19th rounder: C Kyle Day, Mighigan State 25th rounder: 3B Victor Sanchez, Gahr HS (CA) 27th rounder: RHP Clayton Suss, Cooper City HS (FL) 29th rounder: RHP Andrew Cashner, Angelina College (TX) 33rd rounder: C Preston Clark, Texas 34th rounder: RHP Enrique Garcia, Miami 35th rounder: RHP Jon Casey, Kickapoo HS (MO) 37th rounder: RHP Michael McGee, Port St. Lucie HS (FL) And then our 41st to 50th rounders. A lot of pitchers (only one lefty, 3 college)...and 2 much needed catchers for our system. Sanchez is our out if Vitters doesn't sign (which he will IMO)
Despite the 6-2 loss and a bunch of no-names playing today, YOU GET TO SEE HENRY BLANCO!!! Blanco in Peoria today: 1 for 2, 2B, R Casey Lambert pitched 2 perfect innings with 2 K's Kerry Wood pitches tomorrow for the Chiefs.
Kroeger is filling the void at 1B since Hoffpauir went out for the season with an injury. The I-Cubs first tried Hart then got minor league vet John Nelson at 1B and here are his splits for July: .186/.280/.419 Scott Moore got called up and Nelson moved to 3rd. LF right now is Buck Coats, who was playing CF. CF is obviously Pie, who doesn't belong in the minors anymore.
Friday the 13th was unlucky for most: Ronny Cedeno 0 for 4, 1 SO E-Patt 0 for 4, 1 SO Felix Pie 0 for 4, 1 SO And in his first ML game: Geovany Soto: 0 for 5, 2 SO

First of all, Bobby Abreu has RUINED my fantasy team this year. Him and the Yankees have absolutely lost it this year. ABREU SUCKS!!! I don't want him to ruin the Cubs either. And stop thinking of trades involving giving away any part of our bullpen (aside from Eyre & Ohman of course).
