    Link to crappy Yahoo! sports article about our old buddy 4-3 Man I never get tired of reading these articles. Honestly though, this is the most backhanded of Pierre praise article I've ever read. I mean, Tim Brown literally goes through each of Pierre's faults and still says, "but I like the way he plays the game". I'm just so glad he's out of this town.

    I can see sometimes where you'd want to keep a pitcher in the stretch, but I can't ever see turning down an automatic run.

    Then make room. Murton and Floyd are very tradeable. How can you be sure that Soriano to RF would work? His CF experiment was not so great, and whether it was coincidence or Soriano just needing certain factors to feel comfortable (leadoff spot), I think it's a very risky proposition. Not to mention our outfield defense would absolutely blow chunks, and that I doubt Krivsky would trade within the division and have his own version of Aramis Ramirez on his hands.

    as fred posted earlier, babip .171 in the last 30 games Last night he hit some absolute rockets, but all landed in gloves. I hate seeing him on the team, but he does deserve better than his batting average suggests.
