  1. That's mainly why I asked. I thought it would be cool if he influenced that.
  2. When they introduce the new players, they show the OBP at the end on the right side...was that always there?
  3. Rich Hill looks like he's spotting the fastball well today....maybe too early to tell.
  4. I get to watch my first cubs game this year!!! Woohoo!
  5. Wow. I really like seeing Perez so far down in the lineup. I wonder how Pie would perfrom in the #3 slot though...
  6. Can anyone say upset?
  7. I'm more worried about Wood than Prior. This article says nothing new.
  8. Murton seems like he hasn't done much this spring. Hopefully, he'll be a big player this game.
  9. Hey just because they have no major leaguers doesn't mean they're not good. Cuba could be a big wild card.
  10. 192.50 now!! What about this?
  11. I agree. Time for Guzman/Hill to produce.
  12. There should still be some SRO tickets left. Just open a lot of windows/tabs and keep the faith. You'll get in eventually.
  13. Should I buy two SRO tickets to the game on Aug 26? Nah...I've spent enough on tickets already this year...
  14. Now for August as well.
  15. Those have to be Neifi's pants. They display his trademark combo of fat butt, fat gut, and toothpick thin calves. Funny, I was thinking the same thing.
  16. Woah there. Where are you, the Cubs dugout?
  17. Picks to Click: Jacque Jones Jerome Williams Matt Murton
  18. I watched the Japan vs. China game, and I have to say that Japan is a really good baseball team. Their starter for that game was Koji Uehara and he had just amazing stuff. 5 innings, 6 K's, and one mistake on a two-run homer. Naoyuki Shimizu got the save for that game, pitching 3 innings and striking out five. Not only does Japan have an offense to match the US, but their pitching is very good as well. I could see them going to the finals easily.
