Is there a reason for that? Yeah they are better than us. That and they have DWade, who in the playoffs gets fouls called for him in the pregame warmup. We are like the Mariners were a few years ago, built for the regular season. We just don't have that go to guy who can get his own one on one and in the NBA playoffs you need that.

Oh wow. I'm sure he'll be back, but that would be a big blow. Curious decision. Well it actually makes sense. If you haven't tested the waters and you are a junior you should declare. You get to see where you stand and what you need to work on. Plus it is a reality check for a lot of these guys. Might make Shaun appreciate that last year a little more once he finds out his NBA future isn't all that bright. Yeah, you can only do it once, so you might as well if you're a junior, I guess. There's always a chance you could have great draft camps and be picked somewhere. However, it takes time away from team oriented things he could be doing at Illinois. Personally, I think he'd be better off staying in C-U over the summer and working with the team. Oh well. Hell with the year our team had off the court. I want them all to go home and stay away from each other.

It is the superstation after all. I can't believe how bad WGN is! I'm sure this is just my cable company's fault, but the feed I get from WGN is always horrible. It just looks really grainy and the colors look dull. They always say there stuff is in HD where available. Where is that?

He's hardly the whipping boy. Actually, I always get the feeling of fighting the crowd when I advocate Floyd starting over him. It seems like you have more than a few on your side, and maybe there is a reason you are fighting a crowd. People here are ripping his average. His average was .300 at the start of the game. If your average can drop 70 points in 1 day, you have not had enough at bats base any decisions on. I miss the good old days when we could unite in our hatred of Macias, Neify, or BOOM BOOM Bynum. Actually, it seems like the trend on this board lately is that the whipping boy is whoever had the last bad AB. I know that oftentimes the posts are said in jest, but it does get a bit old. 99 years.
