    Me too, the other guy two Braun and Fielder were supposed to be very good. I don't even think the caveman was the best Corey Hart in their system.

    The Cubs really aren't playing any worse than they were at any other point in the season except for that hot run in June-July. Well true I guess. Dodgers are a better ballclub than us, IMO. Not a suprise they are beating us. To me anyway. I just hate how their lineup sucks, yet puts up runs on us with no problems.

    Huh? We took two of three against milwaukee, two of three against Houston and only dropped one so far from L.A. 3 runs will not win this game. I hope your right about the three runs thing, I guess we have better than I thought lately.

    That was a great September, Prior and Wood were fantastic. sigh. Yeah they really were. Z was pretty great too if memory serves. But he finished September awfully (last two starts). Remember the Jason Bay game? Oh yeah, I was thinking that was '04 though.

    Duncan was playing against righties anyways. Either way, you know more playing time for Ankiel/Donutman will hurt us. Duncan's brutal against lefties in his major league time, I'm sure Ankiel will be the same. Stop believing in magic. What hurt the cubs is the strike out that Morris didn't get called for him before the two out three run scoring double. Even the cards announcers mentioned it.

    Hopefully it will when someone besides Jim Hendry is handing out the 100 mil. That would be nice. Just think of saving about 5 mil with Soto over Blanco. Then about the same with Murton over Jones.

    Weird MLB rule. If the lights are on for one half of an inning, they must be on for the next half in order to be fair to both teams. Since it didn't, we should have to do that last inning over.
