It wasn't that wild of a throw. It was pretty standard given the play. I agree, in fact if you were to ask Lee I bet he would tell you he should have caught it. He had to come off the bag to catch the ball. Don't blame Lee I am not, I just think that is what he would tell you.

He'd be decent but I think he's better off as a reliever. Now a guy like Marmol would probably be better as a starter, same for Gallagher (but for different reasons). The Cubs are in love with Marmol as a reliever now though.

Decent, perhaps. The major obstacle to that at this point is that he's likely 9th in the pecking order for a starter this year, behind the current rotation and Lieber, Marshall and Gallagher. Basically, I don't see it happening this year, barring some huge transactions involving 3 of the guys above him. I think Hart's best suited for the bullpen. He has one true plus pitch along with some so-so other pitches. He could be a decent back end of the rotation guy down the line, but I think he's better suited to relief work at the moment. That's kinda what I thought to, but it would be nice to be able to use him to free up some other guys to trade for a decent shortstop.

However, I'm more interested in what he's continued to prove at the major league level - he sucks - year after year after year. The problem is so does Theriot. It isn't like Cedeno is platooning with Khalil Greene or anything.

Yea, not like he has accounted for nearly half of the Cubs runs today. Nevermind that. He made a wild throw fielding a ball that most MLB SS's wouldn't even get to. Release him. It was a great job getting to it. I just wish he was smart enough to hold on to it when he has no shot to get the runner.

I'm more of the East Coast Bias Media hater. Like this article for example. http://www.sportsline.com/collegebasketball/story/10762646 That just kinda pisses me off, becuase not the fact that I am not a KU fan, but the fact that media outlets are still crying that UNC is still better than KU. Sorry, I don't buy that. KU just smoked UNC. Plain and simple as that. Yeah. Fact is, when we weren't playing dumb, we were hammering them. You guys murdered them, but UNC was playing like a 16 seed the first 15 minutes of the game. After playing awesome all tourny long. Maybe that is because KU's defense is that good. I can see no argument for UNC being the better team after that throttling KU put on them. I never said UNC has an argument as being better. KU pants them on the national stage. UNC also played a horrendous first 15 minutes where they were dribbling across half court and then handing the ball to KU. I hope Memphis runs that offense, too. I don't think Rose will, but who knows. I really don't care who wins this game, but man do I work with a couple of KU fans who do not deserve to cheer for a team this good. Asking all the MU fans if they play tonight and crap. Just shut up and enjoy being there.
