  1. Castro is worse now than he was when he first got to the big leagues.
  2. I don't get this move for Kansas. He's a very good recruiter, but self doesn't really need help in that. He's awful as a coch from what I have heard. I guess this about getting in hood with Okafor and Alexander?
  3. David bell is awful. When we get good, he needs to be doing something else.
  4. Can Albert develop enough power to have a chance to be better than what Soler is likely to become?
  5. I meant in the sense that there are a top of guys in the 6'4"- 6'7" range that can run, jump and shoot. Not a ton of really good 2Gs in the league, but it's still a dime-a-dozen position. But for fun: Kobe, Wade, and Harden are really good. Ginobili, Joe Johnson, Mayo, Jamal Crawford, and Iguodala are a pretty good second tier. Guys like Klay Thompson, Bradley Beal, Lance Stephenson, Eric Gordon are a step away from the conversation. JR Smith and Demar Derozan also put up 18ppg this year at 2G. And guys like Jimmy Butler and Paul George are players who started games at SG this year. Those first three are awesome, but those guys aren't available. I want no part of Joe Johnson or Jamal Crawford and neither would Thibs. I think that's gonna be our biggest issue in finding a top two guard. They're gonna have to be able to defend at a pretty high level to do what Thibs wants to do.
  6. How is shooting guard the easiest position to find a guy at? Name the good two guards in the league right now. There aren't that many.
  7. Hopefully he's willing to walk and his rate so far was just him being a lot better than the competition.
  8. No one is using height as the primary reason to draft centers, either. Geez. Wait, you mean Neal Fingleton and Kenny George didn't go lottery?
  9. So? Have you seen the rosters he's worked with? Ryno would have been undefeated. TWTW
  10. he would have been the best pf of all time instead of the best c? Wilt Chamberlain was better than Shaq for my money. But, he was also hampered by being 7 foot.
  11. INDIANA \:D/ This should be up your alley, let me know when you have six banners hanging. :D
  12. So Jorge pretty much has to be in the BA hot sheet again next week now, right?
  13. I usually don't get excited about any pitchers below AA, but this guy is trying to get me.
  14. I wish Javy would want to have a day like this.
  15. How long until they think about bumping Jorge?
  16. I thought he wanted to go back home? Why leave Purdue for DePaul?
  17. I hope you guys do a couple, while I don't know enough about our system to go that deep, I love reading about it.
  18. Sure, but he got there with ease. If an OF runs very far to get to a fly ball but actually does get there and drops it, it is an error. I'm just saying why I think it was scored how it was. I don't disagree with what you're arguing.
  19. Miles says it's a hit and an error. don't see how it's a hit. It was a slowly hit ball that was picked up cleanly with plenty of time to throw him out and if the 1B was any good he was out by multiple steps. The error is on the throw, the range was impressive. Thus the hit. Why thus the hit? It was a slowly hit ground ball fielded cleanly and with ease and he would have been out by a mile. Thus, there's no justification for a hit. He ranged pretty far to get to it. I thought it might get through off the bat.
  20. Miles says it's a hit and an error. don't see how it's a hit. It was a slowly hit ball that was picked up cleanly with plenty of time to throw him out and if the 1B was any good he was out by multiple steps. The error is on the throw, the range was impressive. Thus the hit.
  21. He left Utah to "take care of his ailing daughter," then immediately signed back with the Lakers. Then pretty much did the same thing to Dallas this year. He's trash. Yeah, I'm pretty sure he left Utah because it was too far west and the treatment his daughter was receiving was being done in like New York or out east somewhere. So naturally he goes to LA. I believe they also had like a goodbye thing for him in Utah as he was going to be done playing for awhile. Then he's chasing another ring. I have never liked the guy.
