    I don't understand why the minor leaguers are exempt from the waiver process. Seems like they should have to clear waivers as well. Or is this a ptbnl type thing?

    There sure as hell is. Not really, most of us have to deal with people we can't stand at some point. Work, school, etc. Not if you're deaf like me... Just act like you're fixing your hearing aids or cochlear implants and turn them off when you put them back on until they leave. It's a pretty nice ignore feature. Although I will not recommend that you do it in a classroom. Lol, not all of us can go that route.

    Haha, what? Glad Selig's office finally let us know that you do in fact get suspended from MLB if you test positive for meth. Those guys in MLB's office have brass [expletive] balls man, brass balls As long as they aren't Brewers. Then Bud helps them find loopholes. True story.

    I feel bad for Baltimore fans; it's like their FO is intentionally sabotaging both relations and performance of the best pitching prospect in baseball. I have no problem with it when he is in the minors as it will cause him to work on other pitches. But if they call him up, they better let him use his best pitch.

    Yeah I wouldn't agree with the stance either. I find it funny though that the cubs were saying attendance is way down since 08, yeah maybe that's because 08 had a huge spike because of Ryne Sandberg?

    Many people who don't live near Chicago aren't happy about this move. Especially those who live in the southern part of the state.

    We should have sent Javy to AA. At least he would have got at bats then.

    Not exactly sure, I stopped being a premium member once they started censoring everything. I just heard that a mod went off the rails and now scout brought someone else in and changed the entire mod group.

    I don't understand you, sometimes you're all about taking a chance on a washed up guy. Then other times you blast it. I'm all about reclamation projects that have a shot, be it a small one of producing high rewards. I have no interest in retreads that if all goes well could be something between Justin Germano and Rodrigo Lopez. Joke about my love of "fliers" but I'd take a 1 armed Scott Kazmir over a fully healthy Tomo Ohka any day. I just don't see the harm, they're AAA pitchers. They'll have no impact on anything that matters. Who knows, maybe one of them found a knuckleball somewhere.

    It amazes me how someone as smart as meph didn't know the difference between loses and looses.

    SMH, Ned. SMH. They are keeping Wil Myers at AAA so Jeff Francouer can play everyday. There is nothing that can make you SYH more than that.

    I know early on he hit into a lot of bad luck, not sure if that continued. But I think it's a sophomore slump.
