Am I crazy for wishing that the Cubs were on the road to play these last few games? There seemed to be a sense of oncoming dread with the crowds the last few nights. I could feel it through the TV. That may be seeping into the Cubs players and causing them to be tight. Bad energy in the air and what not. -
They aren’t splitting reps; Hurts is the backup who comes in during garbage time once the game is out of hand. Saban said this week that he’s going to continue to play both all year. The point is that Hurt could get two years as a starter if he red shirts this year, but only one if Saban insists on wasting him in mop up duty I get that part of it, but Hurts knows the score at this point. He doesn’t have to go in and play, but he’s doing it anyways. It’s his choice to waste this year.

He won't if Saban keeps being an horsefeathers and splitting reps with the other QB (who is going to lose a year of eligibility as Saban horsefeathers around with his QB rotation) They aren’t splitting reps; Hurts is the backup who comes in during garbage time once the game is out of hand.
