Is that a good plan of attack against Harvey? Or are they just being overly anxious for some other reason? In his last start, Harvey struggled badly with his command. It was better tonight, but it would have been nice to the Cubs hitters work him a bit more. He was in the zone pretty much every pitch to start the game. He threw 4 balls outside the zone in the first two innings. The most zone he was catching was with the first pitch. Attacking early was the right call, and they were getting good contact.
