  1. They're cueing up the highlight reel as you speak.
  2. Second double play in two innings. Nice job, Z.
  3. That'll kill a rally in a hurry. Nice going Lee.
  4. Theriot with a single. Two on and nobody out.
  5. This should bring harmony and unity back this thread. Glad I could assist :)
  6. What happened with Digger and Illinois?
  7. I figure this would be the best thread to post this in. Did anyone else watch BBTN after the game? If you didn't, they had some stupid demonstration where Showalter showed Ravech and Young how a triple play happened without actually touching a glove. Ravech and EY were both wearing batting helmets during the demonstration. And on the batting helmets were logos of ESPN's two favorite teams. EY was wearing a Yankees helmet and Ravech was wearing a Red Sox helmet. I got a good laugh out of that. Back on topic, great win. Wood looked great yet again in the 9th. Let's sweep these bastages tomorrow.
  8. Neither has the major league team. Odd.
  9. Pat and Ron with the ESPN feed on so I can see the cutaways to Erin Andrews.
  10. I want him to dive head first into the brick wall, not killing him, but injuring him just enough to be out for the season. I don't really want the guy hurt, but it seems like it's the only way to get him out of the lineup at this point. Well, Reed Johnson can't hit RHP's either. It's a lose-lose either way. Thanks, Hendry.
  11. I really, really, really hope that the Jim Edmonds experiment is reaching its conclusion. There's no way that this bum should be hitting in front of Soto. Absolutely no way.
  12. Brackets added by me. Good news regarding both of them.
  13. What I'd like to see (if the Reds DFA Corey and he clears waivers) is for the Cubs to sign him to a minor league contract, send him to Iowa, and see if Von Joshua can turn him around. I'd be shocked if we didn't sign him, if indeed he gets DFA'd.
