    That's how I feel too, but I'll try to get a better attitude as the season goes on. Hopefully I'll be a little more excited tomorrow night, but I share the sentiments with others on here as this is easily the least excited I've ever been for an Opening Day. Oh and I fully anticipate the game being blacked out here as well just to piss me off even more.

    HAHA bitter Packer fan face, I LOVE IT! I realize I am really late in reading this, but after being called a Packer fan I have never been so offended. Well with that ridiculous comment I could only assume you were a Packer fan. If thats not the case, then it must just be that you dont know much about the Bears or football. Really? Is it that ridiculous to be concerned that the upgrade at quarterback might not help enough to offset the poor group of receivers, questionable offensive line, and average and aging defense? It is also reasonable to doubt that Cutler will be a perennial All Pro with the Bears. I hope it happens, but I don't think it's the slam dunk like most seem to think. For all the crap some Bears fans give Lovie, I think he did an excellent job last year (all things considered). To finish 9-7 with an unknown at RB, an average QB at best, and absolutely no WR's was pretty impressive. Now they add a QB that is legitimately good. Sure the Bears gave up two first round picks, but to land a player like Cutler, you really can't complain about that. I think it's a trade that should benefit both teams in the long run.

    They were. I'd like them... I'd never wear them, but I'd like them. Is Griffin even black? His head and facial features look like a black dude but his skin is white. Mixed. His dad is black and his mom's white.

    I'm only doing it because I'll get $40 if UNC and UConn both win today, meaning I'll finish second in my pool. Otherwise I'd probably be rooting for MSU too.

    Whew, that's a fortunate break for us. We need Sharp to be as close to 100% as possible in the playoffs if we're going to have a shot of doing anything noteworthy.

    I know I've ragged on Deng a lot this year (as I should have) but it'd be nice if he could come back just to give us an additional body to spread some minutes around in the playoffs.

    I still don't know who they hired or if they hired anyone. They haven't hired anyone. ETA: Tim Floyd is in Tucson meeting with the Arizona AD as we speak. Yeah I heard that too. That sure would be interesting to bolt to another team that lies in the same conference as your former school.

    Would it have really mattered? They would've made the tournament but I don't think they really would've went too far; similar to Indiana and EJ. That's good news for you Mizzou guys.

    I agree but it sounds like Georgia is going to offer him almost a million more per season. That's more than just a 'few more dollars.'
