The fourth foul was a no-doubter, but the third one was extremely questionable. That being said, Howard's an idiot. Time and time again, it just seems like he continues to play over-aggressive whenever he's in foul trouble. Picking up his fourth foul this early in the game is asinine.

Veasley has been horrid for Butler. Thankfully, Jukes came to play. lol at the idiots who thought Butler would be wiped off the floor tonight.

No, not even close. We knew all along that the most important position on ice was a gigantic weak link. The 08 Cubs showed for the entire season that they were the best in the NL with no weakness as great as the Hawks weakness in net.

Streaks last forever. True story. Teams never, ever change how they are playing. I'm not sure how this team went from playing awesome to awful, but that's the only time it will ever happen in the entire existence of sports. 31 games isn't really a small sample size. They've been below average ever since a hot start.

Detroit's going to finish 5th. I had a chance to go to the game tonight, but passed. Thank God. Losing to the worst home team in the league? Really? Again, the Campbell injury really was a backbreaker to this team. The defense already was struggling before it and then you lose one of your top four defenseman. It's tough to overcome that, especially when you don't have much depth at the bottom lines of your defense.

lol, there's a better chance that bosh, lebron and wade all died in a 3-hummer pile up outside of the all-star game this year than that one of them would give a thought to moving to detroit, anyway Right, but is it really a worse option than what they currently have right now? They were interested in trying to trade for Boozer in this past offseason. Ending up with like the tenth best FA in this class is still better than getting two of the best FA's in last year's class.

He denied that but I hope it happened. I'm Catholic and have no problem with his having fervent faith (it's great, actually), but shoving it down other people's throats is getting annoying. I agree, but I find it also as offensive that someone would tell Tebow to "STFU" when he's trying to lead a prayer. If you don't want to participate, so "no thank you" and move on. No need to be offensive to someone who is religious. There's no way that story is true. I dislike the guy as much as the next person, but I don't even think he's that big of a nut to lead a prayer before a test.

It was pretty ridiculous for Dumars to waste all of his cap space on Gordon and Villanueva the year before the most-pursued free agent class in the history of the game. I know he's won a title there and has made several ECF appearances, but those moves were awful.

How can you not pull for Butler? What a solid team. Elmore was absolutely atrocious today as well. Can CBS at least pair Gus with an analyst that's competent?

Nice job by UNI fighting off that long drought that they had. They're one of the best defensive teams in the nation. It definitely won't be easy for MSU in the final 20.
