    Couldn't you say that about everyone besides Marmol in our bullpen? Again, it's going to come down to which bullpen is somehow slightly better.

    I wish the first round in the NBA playoffs were still a best-of-five series. Other than that though, I like the NBA playoffs and the NHL playoffs. The length really isn't that big of a problem to me.

    With a day game on Sat? WTf these guys need to be more dedicated and not be out watching some damn hockey playoff game on a Friday night getting liquored up! This team just doesnt give a [expletive]. I bet Soriano will be getting tanked and probably run into the damn wall of the stadium after the game! [expletive]................ Really? This pisses you off? :-k ... :roll: If the Cubs organization doesn't mind, then I don't mind. Apparently sarcasm is a lost art.

    Anybody else feel like the crowd at the Pavilion was reminiscent of the crowd at Wrigley in 2008? The Sharks are just mentally weak.

    I have absolutely no idea how the Red Wings lost that game. They absolutely dominated the Coyotes. Talk about a tough way to lose a game. I'm not complaining. Go Avalanche.

    Paxson will not lose his job. He could quit and "lose" his job. I don't see him losing his job, especially if the news that came out that VDN was the aggressor is fact. Either way, Paxson's not going to come away squeaky-clean from this whole situation. I wouldn't be surprised in the least if he's forced to resign in the offseason. Oh and the team post-deadline would've been the 5th or 6th seed if Rose and Noah were healthy the entire second half. If you had John Salmons and Tyrus Thomas post-deadline with Rose and Noah both missing extended time, this team would have been in a very similar spot. Again, no harm and definitely no foul by trading those two guys. As for the series against the Cavs, I hope we're just competitive and hopefully we can steal a game. Finishing 41-41 this year after losing the team's leading scorer from a season ago as well as having Rose and especially Noah miss significant time down the stretch is definitely something that I can't really complain about. As much as I dislike his coaching abilities, Vinny did an adequate job this season.

    Why can't you be happy with the platoon the way it is? Fontenot has been hitting so far, if you think Baker would be hitting right handed pitching as well as Fontenot has, well, I really dont know what to tell you. Then again you have a different "Flavor of the Week" every other day so I dont know why Im wasting my time. The 2B platoon should be the least of our worries right now. Both Baker and Fontenot have been fine so far.

    Yeah, that kind of came out of left field today. I won't complain about that. If Campbell is actually healthy when he comes back, that would be a huge boost to this team.
