  1. Why? There's no pressure on them.
  2. Looking a lot like Game 5 of the Vancouver series.
  3. The Sopel and Hendry pairing is horrendous to watch.
  4. I miss the days when Aramis was one of the toughest guys in the league to strike out. Seems like he's one of the easiest to strike out these days.
  5. Color me shocked! Nice job, Fontenot.
  6. There it was, although it would have been nice if that was placed more into the gap. Don't blow this.
  7. Yeah, this is a little odd. I might as well think the same.
  8. From a pure coaching perspective, that's probably the best realistic option out there.
  9. I wasn't feeling anything but confident with a slight nerves heading into OT. But you, kyle, and dex made it sound like it was automatic the Hawks were going to lose. I knew there was a chance, but I have confidence in the Hawks to get the job done. Dex already said it, but I definitely didn't mean it to sound like it was going to be 'automatic' that we were going to lose. We gave up the tying goal with 4:30 left and San Jose was basically outclassing us that entire period. Yes, the penalties helped that out but I got the feeling from all of those penalties that the refs weren't going to help us out at all. That's another major reason why I wasn't confident at all. It's all for naught. I saw the game-winner again and Buff shot it so quick that the person in charge of the spotlight wasn't really ready for it. That guy is usually on his game so I can't really get on that announcer for taking a few seconds to realize that the puck actually did go in the net. It's going to be nice to have Emrick and Eddie call the game on Sunday, though. That analyst was extremely annoying tonight. I'm cool, and I definately didn't mean anything by what I said, just wish we save the gloom and doom for the Cubs board. Who?

  11. yea, i dont feel very good about this one either. hope i'm wrong Feel better about yourselves, guys? :D Again, I love being wrong when it comes to instances like these. But even you had to admit that the feeling heading into OT wasn't a very good one. Glad to be proven wrong tonight.
  12. I don't care if it takes three hours, as long as we win.
  13. No idea, but Kevin James is all right with me.
  14. Same here. Just not a good feeling at all.
  15. Kane's been an embarrassment in this game. Very piss poor performance from him tonight.
  16. "Let them play hockey." Yeah you idiot, it works both ways. Let them play hockey when we're getting called for the soft ass penalties.
  17. How does that taste, Mr. Thornton?
  18. Looks like the NHL is taking a page from the NBA's book here. Wow.
  19. he barely touched his leg Yeah I didn't see the replay there. Seems like Buff gets a untimely penalty called on him every game. The refs are racists. Anytime we get some sort of a push would be fine with me.
  20. lol Trent Yawney. I didn't even know he was a coach for the Sharks.
