  1. Why? Why not? What do you have to lose?
  2. Why the F is Omiyale in there? Did Webb get hurt?
  3. Seriously, McCown needs to be on the field next drive.
  4. That throw was dead on. so? What are the chances he follows it with another? Do you really want to ask that?
  5. Offense can't score, why fair catch? Eh, there was a punt block, but I don't care.
  6. Tebow's looking for a flag on every play.
  7. That throw was dead on.
  8. This is the exact opposite of the IU game yesterday for me.
  9. Dumbest team in NFL.
  10. Barber is too slow to run anything outside of the guards.
  11. Ok, if Jay Cutler was throwing today, is there any reason he can't play next week? Seriously, presumably the only thing preventing him from playing the last few weeks was his inability to throw the ball with a thumb injury. Now, not sure what kind of throwing he was doing, but I figured once he was able to throw, he would be able to play.
  12. I'm just hoping for no mistakes. Scares me when the Bears have to throw, which they will have to do to get points this half.
  13. These MFing WRs suck ass
  14. Oh look a F up by the WR, whodathunk it
  15. Think you're going to see a lot of Khalil Bell running the ball to the outside, like Forte when he had most of his success. Don't know what the hell they are going to do to throw the ball, though
  16. What a catch! PEANUT
  17. Barber had no shot. To get that block he would have had to hit his QB first. Good blitz call and timing.
  18. Wow, let's hope the Bears game doesn't end as shitty as the Falcons/Lions games did. #-o
  19. The air is definitely out of the sails at this point, but I'm there til the end. Even if we make the playoffs, we probably aren't beating either the Saints or Packers with the way they are playing, so the odds were stacked against us pretty heavy to begin with. A loss in this game and I don't think the Bears get into the playoffs. This is the time teams need to step up, not back. Getting this win would put a lot of wind back in though. Shows they can win with Hanie, and there have been a lot of positive reports about Cutler and Forte coming back for the Christmas game. Get this game, have a lot of confidence going back home to face an inferior team in Seattle. And if you get Cutler and Forte back, I think there's a chance to beat GB or NO if the offense gets back to the way they were playing the last time Cutler was healthy. I may be overly optimistic about this team's chances, but I just don't think the other 21 players on this team are so bad that they can't win a single game without Cutler. This team has typically done pretty well under Lovie when the deck is stacked against them. Today is the Lovie Smith era in a nutshell. Reminds me of the Philly games the last 2 years. Media loves the team. Everyone keeps expecting the other shoe to fall against the Bears. Time to prove them all wrong again.
  20. Uh, got the Mike Williams (TB) vs. Percy Harvin decision again. This would be a no-brainer, but Ponder looks like he's going to be a game-time decision. If Ponder doesn't go, do I start Mike Williams over Harvin? Also does anyone put any stock in playing a player because of who your opponent has? My opponent is starting Josh Freeman (also has Ponder). Should I start Williams anyway because he's starting Freeman? If Freeman goes off, having Williams would kinda offset it, assuming he spreads it around.
  21. Yeah, IU is getting in, barring a major disaster. They're going to go undefeated non-conference now, that's already 13 wins. Get Iowa twice, Penn St twice, Nebraska, Illinois in Bloomington, and now Minnesota and Purdue look pretty beatable. Get those first 5 conference wins then you're looking at winning 3 more conference games and a B1G tourney game away from a 22 win team.
  22. I'll take it if the end result is the same for the following 8 years.
  23. They stormed after beating us last year when we were like 24th in the country. Yeah, props to IU beating #1 but when is the last time Kansas, Duke, UNC, Duke, etc stormed the court? When was the last time they won a game that was a huge upset? I'm guessing it was a few years after the last time they went into a season with 3 scholarship players.
