  1. He's at 60 pitches. I doubt that happens. I dont care if we have an 8 run lead and he has 30 pitches. He leaves after 5. ok, lou
  2. I noticed when I was making it how he's such a streaky homerun hitter. You'll notice a stretch of 4 straight HRs are RFK in 2006... those were in 2 games if you remember.
  3. Yea, I suppose I'm slightly obsessed... http://www.zippyvideos.com/9298355267757936/aram_bombs/ Hopefully this becomes an ongoing project over the next few years. Enjoy!
  4. Soriano is brutal in the field and one the basepaths He's damn lucky he can hit.
  5. Just another thought I had as Len and Bob mentioned today that MLB will use the replays available from the TV broadcasts - anyone think maybe a network will hide a certain conclusive angle in order to give their team an advantage? Sounds paranoid, I know, but I can see it happening.
  6. Ugh, I don't like our chances in a short game with marquis on the mound in a tie game.
  7. LMAO! NSBB delivers... well done guys It's obviously the average number of fans they get daily.
  8. 1. Gotta wait. September will be a telling month. Either way though, I'm pretty sure he won't be the #3 2. Yes, many times. I actually think Carlos Lee is better than Soriano (maybe it's because he mashes the Cubs). I can't say I am not happy with Fonz though. At least he has speed. (sometimes)
  9. http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/images/2006/04/25/kXbSTHjL.jpg
  10. I believe it's written into the rules that it's an auto ejection. As if that affects any of it... IMO
  11. Well that will probably happen then. Accuweather.com says things will clear up around 7:00 PM CT tonight, but I don't think they'll wait that long, even if that forecast is accurate.
  12. I loved how Len or Bob (I forget which) explained that managers wouldn't be allowed to argue the decision determined by Instant Replay. I was just waiting for the other to say, "but you know it will." I'll guarantee you that on the first overturned call on IR, you'll see the manager out there before the call is even made. Also, Cubs-Phillies, first night game at Wrigley, and first ever game with Instant Replay. :)
