What is? The fact that the clutch hitting has been terrible for over a week now. I don't really believe in clutch, but I believe in anti-clutch when a team is pressing and not handling the pressure well. It has? Love the exaggeration. Even if we were talking about clutch hitting, there were clutch hits last night, there was a clutch hit in the 2nd Philly game.. there was obviously clutch hitting in the first Philly game.... Perception >>> reality, I guess Some, but enough I'm looking at Reed Johnson and Ronny Cedeno from Saturday Soriano on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and of couse, DLee last night as well. -

I'm not sure about that. I'd rather skip starts now than the middle of the month, when the schedule is going to be tougher. The 12th through the 25th is going to be the time to drop the hammer, IMO. Particularly during Milwaukee's 7 gamer in Philly and Chicago. They may close a game or two on us in the interim, but that's where the Cubs can really put it away, I think. Also, that 4 game series with at the Mets looks like it may be relevant. Maybe, but if we don't win tonight, we're looking at Lilly, Marshall, and Marquis coming up... 8 game losing streak, anyone? Dempster's gotta stop it tonight.
