    I'm up early and hangover from the booze and the loss. I just can't fathom losing in the first round again this year. This is the best team of my lifetime and it's still not good enough to advance in the first round of the playoffs? Sorry for being down guys, but my heart is aching for a trip to the World Series. I wish I can feel confident about tonight, but I just can't.

    Yes, this is the first time I'm a nervous wreck for the playoffs. Years past I was just happy to be there... Me too...I was no where near this nervous. I wasn't even nervous like this for the Super Bowl. I think the last time I was this nervous was before Game 7 of the 2003 NLCS. I wasn't even nervous before the game 7 of the 2003 NLCS. I knew we were toast.
