Sometime around AA or AAA, hitters should be able to square around on his heat if they know it's coming all the time... but your point still stands. It was mistake enough drafting a reliever in the first round. We really shouldn't exacerbate the mistake by fast-tracking him at the expense of some long-term effectiveness.
If memory serves, Joey Devine was brought up the year he was drafted. Cashner could conceivably be brought up to provide a handful of innings at the end of Sept, but I don't think anybody is counting on a meaningful contribution. is he already on the 40-man? I don't recall him getting a major league contract, so I doubt it. But Harben probably doesn't have much more time left on the 40 man.

This list isn't looking too pretty... and this year's draft isn't doing much to replace Soto, Donaldson, and Gallagher... let alone displace some of the junk on the list.
I remember being peeved in 2006 when Theriot got the callup to play 2B instead of Fontenot. I don't know what it is, but I've always liked the little bugger.
Wheels completely falling off in the sixth. Single, stolen base, strikeout swinging, wild pitch, sac fly, groundout. 6 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 9 SO, 1 BB, 0 HR, 5 GO - 4 FO
Chris Capuano, Hong-Chih Kuo, Victor Zambrano and Jeff Zimmerman have had two. Apparently Jose Rijo got it done three times. I seem to recall Chad Fox has had multiple TJS too.
