    I think it's about time to do some mid-season prospect lists. We all seem to be itching to talk about our favorite guys and how nobody is giving them enough love.

    It's gonna be real hard to get a read on his contact and power if he never swings at the ball... not that I'm complaining about a prospect having a good batting eye or anything.

    Betemit isn't the type of guy you let block a good prospect. With Aviles going to AAA, I'd expect to see Betemit logging some more time at SS and 2B.

    Pretty sure that was a joke but Simpson signed June 19th. Pawelek actually signed with us during the draft, if memory serves.

    I'd like to take a moment to thank everybody who posted here during the draft. Whether it was pages upon pages of tasty information (Most of you) or a few scattered comments containing mostly uninformed tripe (like me). It was a very enjoyable experience.
