  1. mother f*#&$&$ edit - whoops apparently no word filter anymore...
  2. I'll be taking an extra long lunch to enjoy this one.
  3. did you happen to catch the part where it said this began when she was 15? Also the defamation suit?
  4. This is gonna give shnsajax a huge boner. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H548YEfbO-k
  5. My realtor's name is Neda Cox. I swear I'm not making that up. There's also a Shanita Dix at our school. That is amazing.
  6. You know a chick is a slut when her name is McReady.
  7. Because MLS execs want the league to be something it isn't.
  8. I'm betting Fergie would "love it, just love it" if New Castle take down Chelsea. Btw, jozy with another goal and a drawn pk that led to the other today.
  9. Cakes has gotten two more for the hat trick and an assist. He is on unbelievable form right now. Unbelievable. Brad Guzan, on the other hand is concerning me a little. He has not looked good since the disappointing non-transfer.
  10. Oooh, great goal by Kljestan. That kid has some offensive ability. I think he could be Deuce part deuce.
  11. Landon Donovan scores again on a very impressive left foot strike in the box. He's on pace to break the MLS scoring record by 9.
  12. maybe he's really jewish like youkilis and the nickname doesn't fit. Greeks can't be Jews?
  13. I actually kind of dig it. Even if we end up even on points, their goal differential wins it. Now they have Superman rested for a critical, critical Barca match. I think it was actually pretty brilliant by SAF. He needs this second European title to put him level with Busby and he doesn't care if he gets the premiership based on goal differential because in the end all he cares about is breaking Liverpool's record of 19 top flight titles and given the choice, he'll take the Champions league over the premiership every day of the week.
  14. Stubby Clapp
  15. You sound like a jilted lover! I was wondering how you'd feel about this, well....how do you feel about this? Don't really care. His time came and went. He is a smart guy, but isn't embracing this new era of player development. His success was based largely on 75 cent on the dollar trades like Edmonds, McGwire, Woody Williams, Darryl Kile and Rolen. Those just don't happen anymore. In a market like Cincinnati, I don't see him having much success unless it is despite himself.
  16. Next move: Bailey, Votto and a reliever for Joe Blanton.
  17. Well because Prince is still good and will probably hit 40-50 HRs this year. That said, in your situation its a no brainer to reject that trade. But in a vacuum it might not be a horrible trade Thanks dude. In my defense Otis, I'm basically offering Prince to every team in that league for a good pitcher. You aren't special.
  18. Better result for Barca than I expected. Also, Fire draft pick/Olympic qual goalie, Dom Cervi (he is the really tall one) is on trial with Celtic. I personally thought Seitz was better, but this is what happens when you turn down MLS and broaden your horizons. We have an embarassment of riches at keeper.
  19. 0-0 would be a Chelsea win by away goals.
  20. Capable of beating them at the Bridge? They haven't scored at SB for 4 years let alone won. Granted no Torres then, but things are looking grim for Liverpool.
  21. That's unbelievable. Game-tying own-goal in stoppage time. Liverpool is going to have a difficult time advancing now. the thing you are forgetting is that chelsea is not very good. i can easily see liverpool getting an away goal early and head into extra time. I know exactly where you're coming from, but come on. They are very, very, very talented. Unorganized, arrogant and run by a joke of a manager, yes, but if those players come together on the pitch regardless of all that, they can beat anyone.
  22. Based on the way people talk about the situation around here, and his slump after the HGH stuff at the end of last year, it sounds like the Cards are still very concerned about his mental state and there's just about no way they would try to put him on the mound, even in a blowout situation for a couple of batters. I just think they are so afraid of what being back on the mound might do to him there's no way they would take a chance on screwing up all the progress he's made at the plate. That's kind of what we figured. They totally should, but LaRussa especially would never do that unless he volunteered. Loves that quitter like a son.
