I didn't mind them, but the Cubs neglected to do something for their nameless uniforms that the Giants, Yankees and Red Sox - the three teams that currently have nameless home uniforms - do for theirs, and that's use larger numerals. If you look at the jerseys of any of the three aforementioned teams, you'll notice their home uniforms use enlarged numerals on the back, in order to fill up the expanse of blank space. The Cubs didn't/neglected/failed to do this, and as such, the nameless unis just looked like named uniforms that someone had stripped the lettering from and it just didn't look right. The numbers looked too small relative to the expanse of space on the back of the jersey and often they were placed too low. This could just be me, but it bugged me for most of '05 and '06.
