  1. What happened...I missed it, I switched to the Bulls
  2. That's why I would trade down...teams have to realize there's a lot of players left, and I don't think the Bears necessarily have a "must have" guy that some other teams might see left. I wouldn't mind them moving down a couple picks.
  3. $5 million over 2 years says that won't happen. 5 million or not the best move for this team is for him to be gone. It's time for Hendry to finally admit he made a mistake resigning him and cut bait. Hey I agree with you 100 percent, The Cubs just aren't an organization that normally eats contracts like that. I hope everyone's right and he's DFA'd. But I don't think it's gonna happen. Come on, it's just a bad month...he's proven that he can get Major League hitters out before.
  4. Actually, we might have to sacrifice this game for our 'pen. It's too early and with no off days on the horizon, he can't come out yet. I say keep him in til his arm falls off or his neck starts to hurt (I see the latter occuring first). Maybe some of the Brewers will hurt themselves while swinging out of their shoes.
  5. I wanna see how many he can give up... KEEP HIM IN!!
  6. Ouch...catcher tags from first on a fly to center. This is the kinda game I wish we had a longman
  7. Aurilia's value comes as a player who can spell others when they have a day off. If you're starting him everyday anyway, he won't ever be doing that, so he's not worth too much.
  8. So much for being behind that double switch. I have to think Jones makes that catch...
  9. Good, I'd rather have him there than Jones anyway.
  10. he hurt his hand/wrist... it's hurting me too, unless the rangers score 85 runs, and then it's alright Thanks. Hopefully nothing serious. i believe he's in line for the loss now though, kiko calero just surrendered a grand slam to kevin mench... Ahhh...I keep getting those runs tacked on by relievers. I hate that! Doesn't help that Francisco Cordero's era is double digits.

  12. This is a minor league lineup minus Cabrera.
  13. Anyone know what happened to Harden in the Oakland game? All I know is they took him out in the 4th inning. Could kill my fantasy team...
  14. Jeez...we're defying the laws of baseball today with hard hit balls not falling.
  15. Yep. That was up there to Wood striking out guys on pitches that ended up hitting them.
  16. As a kid, he must've heard them all I wish his first name was Frank. F. Uggla has a nice ring to it.
  17. That reminded me of Rookie of the Year when Henry hit a guy, gave up a home run and got the save because the catcher threw someone out on a wild pitch.
