    Apparently that cyst that was found the other day is far more serious than first expected. SportsCenter has broken the news that A-Rod will be out at minimum 10 weeks following surgery on his hip to remove that cyst.

    I can't join it because I've reached the max allowable teams you can own on Yahoo, but if you want to add some more depth to your pitching you should look into changing the BB category to holds... this way if you're S.O.L. on closers you can still draft relievers like Scot Shields and stay competitive. It can make for interesting draft picks as well since some will neglect the holds category Just an idea. I'm doing it in one of my leagues on an offline draft, it's been interesting. People have been holding off on closers till the 13th and 14th rounds rather than the 9th or 10th round they've usually gone in the past. Interesting idea. I'll certainly consider it. If CT doesn't get his poop together and set his league up, I might have to send out invites to people in that thread.

    You simply don't become THAT bad over the course of one offseason. He's gotta just not care anymore, or he's hiding an injury. Those are the only 2 possible explinations.

    I don't really have a "preferred" method. Satan could be signed by the Cubs and lead us to a World Series title and I'd cry tears of joy. I don't want AJ Eyechart anywhere near this team. We said the same thing about Jimmy Edmonds.

    I think it would be better if played closer to the end of the season rather than the beginning of it. You'd get more of the marquee talent that way.
