    That potential 4 games back in the loss column seems a lot closer than it really is. God, I think Cubs fans deserve a miracle. Don't do that to yourself, man. You're only going to set yourself up for disappointment. Let it go. Accept that there won't be any Cubs playoff baseball this year and just enjoy some stress-free games until the playoffs start for the good teams.

    Sucks about Urlacher being out for the year. I don't like the Bears, but it has to suck for the guy to be healthy to start the season for the first time in forever and then get injured for the year in the very first game.
